Materials Coordinator (Office Administration) - Ashland, OH

We have an opportunity for a Materials Coordinator (Office Administration) to join our Ashland, OH team. You will Support Operations and Human Resources functions through administrative office support, data entry, and related departmental activities. 

You will: 

• Mange professional presentation of office facilities, manage office supplies and vending/marketing company AVI for lunchrooms, and including the mail room. 

• Assist time and attendance and attendance program for production employees. 

• Support shipping documentation/compliance solicitation, record retention requirements and disposition. 

• Set up work areas for new employees and provide reception support.  

• Assist in creative input, planning and execution of onsite events and meetings. 

• Support 5S and ISO auditing assessments. 

Key Qualifications: 

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have administrative experience in a manufacturing setting, ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 

• Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and good with problem solving or communication. 

• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 25lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor. 

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): 

• 1st shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday 

Compensation: 

The hourly pay for this role is: $28.85.
