The Job

Unchained Labs is looking for a motivated, detailed-oriented hardworking person to join our warehouse team in Pleasanton, CA to enhance our day-to-day operations. You will pick, pack, and ship our parts and instruments to customers worldwide, as well as assist with other warehouse duties. You should be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency that will enhance our ability to deliver the parts needed as our team builds the instruments vital to our customers. This is a full-time role with flexibility for your work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship small parcel and freight
• Prepare raw materials and finished goods for transit in accordance with applicable specifications
• Communicate with shipping agents, field teams and operations staff to ensure timely shipments
• Back up kitting and receiving functions as needed
• Maintain inventory integrity and an organized warehouse space

Qualifications

• Detailed oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Proven experience to create shipping documentation working with online programs
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, DHL for both domestic and international shipments is necessary
• Experience working with international shipping agents, a plus
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
• Must be a team player willing to adjust to a changing environment
• Ability to lift heavy products up to 30lbs., climb ladders, and work independently
• Forklift experience a plus
• 2+ yrs. experience in warehouse
• Basic computer literacy
• Location in our Headquarters in Pleasanton, CA

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $25-28/hour. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. This role is also eligible for our bonus program, and comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs.
