What you’ll do
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support the marketing team across three key areas:
General Marketing Operations: Provide administrative assistance (scheduling, note-taking, organising meetings), conduct research on industry trends and competitors, help prepare presentations and internal communications, and support the planning and execution of marketing events, partnerships and awards activities, including researching opportunities, coordinating award submissions and related activities. You will also develop and coordinate press releases for events, partnerships and initiatives across the Italian market.
Marketing Tracker Management: Responsible for regularly updating and maintaining various marketing trackers and databases (e.g., work launches and media coverage), and assisting with generating basic reports from this data.
Case Study Development Support: Act as a coordinator for case study projects, liaising with internal teams to gather information and assets, secure approvals, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery for digital channels.
What you’ll need
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- A proactive and self-starter attitude, eager to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A genuine interest in branding, design and the creative industry.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The Gross Annual Pay Range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This reflects part of our broader group's compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role our offer will be determined based on our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
The employment contract will be governed by CCNL Aziende del Terziario distrbuzione e Servizi.
