We are looking for a Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will own a critical mix of lifecycle automation, lead management and coordination across platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense and Qualified. You will help ensure our marketing and sales engagement systems work together to deliver accurate lead flow, scalable lifecycle programs, and a more consistent go-to-market experience. This role is ideal for someone who can translate strategy into repeatable execution, improve operational quality, and build scalable processes that support business growth.
You will:
- Improve workflow components across Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Qualified, RingLead, Salesloft and related platforms that support inbound conversion and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve automations for campaigns, lead management, attribution, routing, and segmentation; document and maintain reusable workflow templates and modules.
- Partner with Campaign Operations, Demand Gen, and Sales stakeholders to coordinate effective marketing programs and sales cadences while owning and optimizing marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
- Own data hygiene strategy and ongoing practices across marketing systems, including business rules, priorities, and operational outcomes, to improve data accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting, routing, and lifecycle execution.
- Manage Salesforce workflow requests and enhancements in partnership with the IS team, including ticket intake, backlog prioritization, requirements definition, QA, and coordination with Marketing Engineer through implementation.
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g. lead-to-ARR improvements, business-owned data governance, GTM pilots)
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation or a related role in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with Marketo, 6Sense and strong working knowledge of Salesforce workflows.
- Practical experience with lifecycle design, lead scoring, segmentation, campaign workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across interconnected systems and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting data hygiene and retention, privacy compliance and other operational governance practices.
- Experience partnering with RevOps, Analytics, IT, or Privacy teams on cross-functional operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Salary Hiring Range:
$103,000 to $116,000
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
