Position - Manager – Business Development – Roads & Highways

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving and supporting Business Development activities for the Roads & Highways Service Line, including identifying new opportunities, managing the BD pipeline, client coordination, and supporting bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track new business opportunities in Roads & Highways.

  • Manage BD pipeline, tenders, EOIs and RFPs.

  • Coordinate with technical teams for proposal and tender submissions.

  • Support client engagement, meetings and relationship management.

  • Conduct market research and track upcoming infrastructure projects.

  • Prepare presentations, capability statements and BD reports.

  • Support the Service Line Lead in achieving business development targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Tendering or Proposal Management, preferably in Roads & Highways / Infrastructure / Engineering Consultancy.

  • Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
