Bring your energy to Aggreko as Management Coordinator. The role provides high-level administrative, operational, and project management support to the Director Operations & Leadership team and acts as the primary operational link between the India plant and global headquarters. The ideal candidate will optimize the time, streamline matrixed communication, and track strategic operations and GCC performance metrics. The incumbent will actively support and to some extend drive local manufacturing execution, cross-functional program management, strategic capital projects, and oversee global support hubs for engineering and procurement.

What you’ll do:

  • Executive Operations & Gatekeeping: Manages complex global calendars, prioritizes high-volume communications for leadership, and coordinates international travel and logistics including visas and expense reporting.

  • Local Manufacturing & Operations: Tracks daily, weekly, and monthly plant KPIs (OEE, safety, scrap), coordinates bottleneck resolution with manufacturing heads, and ensures adherence to local labor laws, environmental regulations, and EHS standards.

  • Program & Project Management: Facilitates cross-functional project review meetings, monitors project milestones, risk mitigation, and budget variances, and tracks center-wide metrics like engineering delivery and procurement savings.

  • Executive Support & Governance: Prepares executive dashboards and operational reports, manages the local leadership strategic agenda, captures action items from meetings, and handles sensitive data with discretion.

You are:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PGDM in Operations Management preferred).

  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience supporting C-suite or leadership within a global manufacturing firm, GCC, or Shared Services Center.

  • Technical Understanding: Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, heavy machinery fabrication processes, project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or SAP), and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, and high emotional intelligence.

  • Influence & Collaboration: Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse global teams without direct authority, with experience in international cultures.
