Your responsibilities will be to:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Management Team

• Organizing meetings and managing calendars

• Preparing presentations, reports, and business documents

• Overseeing reception and general office administration activities

• Arranging business travel for employees

• Ensuring the efficient flow of correspondence, documents, and information within the company

• Coordinating and actively participating in the company's Volunteer Team initiatives

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of education

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Very good knowledge of MS Office

• Experience with GDPR-related matters would be an advantage

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
