Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is Hiring LVNs for AM Shift

Redwood Cove Healthcare Center in Ukiah is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our compassionate and skilled team. We have AM shift opportunity available from 6:30am-3pm set schedule of Tuesday-Saturday and are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document residents’ health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist in developing and implementing care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies
  • Supervise CNAs and other support staff to maintain quality resident care
