Pay: $33.35–$52.45 per hour. $5000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Shift Differentials: +$1 Day | +$2.50 NOC | +$4 Weekend

Safe Staffing That Supports You

At Centennial Post Acute, we believe nurses provide their best care when they have the time and resources to focus on each patient. Because of Alaska's union staffing requirements, nurse to patient ratios are established to help promote safe, high quality care. These staffing standards are designed to support both our residents and our nursing team by helping create a more balanced workload and allowing you to spend meaningful time with your patients.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver compassionate, high quality nursing care

  • Assess residents and develop individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Supervise and support nursing assistants when appropriate

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in the State of Alaska

  • Current CPR certification
