Sierra Post Acute is Hiring a Full-Time LPN!
Open Positions:
Full-Time 6am-6pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Full Time 6am-6pm Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Full Time 6pm-6am Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday
Full Time 6pm-6am Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
What to Expect:
Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
CPR certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Experience in LTC/SNF a plus!
Rate Range: $30-$40
