Job Overview:
ABC Legal Services is looking for a reliable, self-motivated Court Runner to join our operations team. In this role, you'll be on the move, picking up and delivering legal documents between courts and our office while also supporting day-to-day administrative functions. If you're comfortable behind the wheel, organized, and eager to grow with a fast-paced legal services company, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver documents between court locations and the ABC Legal office

Support administrative operations including filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork

Enter and maintain accurate case information in the ABC Legal database
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort with computer systems, PDF tools, and learning new software
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in a driving, courier, or office administration role
- Familiarity with high-traffic driving conditions across multiple locations
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management

Pay: $20/hour + mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, with regular travel between Phoenix, Mesa, and Tempe. Our office is conveniently located in the Camelback Mountain/Biltmore area.
