YOUR IMPACT

As the Leader of Solution Engineering, you will lead a regional team of Solutions Engineers supporting customers across the Gulf and North Africa and Levant (NALE) regions. You will set the technical direction for the team, align technical resources with business priorities, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success leaders to support customer outcomes and help the region achieve its business objectives.
 

What you will do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Splunk SEs. You will build an environment where team members can develop their technical expertise, collaborate, and deliver consistent customer experiences.

Build trusted relationships with customers by leading technical strategy at both the regional and account levels, ensuring solutions align with business and technical requirements. Working Sales leadership, Product, and partners, you will support strategic opportunities and help customers evaluate and adopt Splunk solutions.

Provide technical leadership across the Splunk Security and Observability portfolio. You will guide solution design, customer architecture discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that address customer requirements and demonstrate business value.

Establish consistent technical sales practices across the region, lead team objectives and resource allocation, supervise performance against business goals, and serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer engagements.
 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

If your background is a close match for this role, we encourage you to apply:

• 5+ years of experience leading technical sales or Solution Engineering teams supporting cybersecurity or observability solutions.
• 5+ years of experience working with Splunk Security (Enterprise Security, SOAR, UEBA) and Observability (Splunk Observability Cloud, ITSI, AppDynamics).
• Experience in security operations, threat detection, incident response, and digital observability.
• Experience working with customers or leading technical teams in the Gulf and/or NALE regions.
• Expertise in IT Operations, Security Operations, and DevOps practices.
   

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience designing, deploying, or integrating the Splunk platform.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and AI/ML applications for observability and cybersecurity.
• Experience building collaborative, inclusive teams passionate about customer outcomes.
• Strong communication, mentor, and stakeholder leadership skills.
