Job Overview

We are seeking a UX Engineer to help shape the quality, usability, and consistency of the RelativityOne experience.

UX Engineers operate at the intersection of design and engineering, partnering closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Full-stack Engineers to transform user needs into intuitive, accessible, and responsive experiences. While feature teams focus on delivering functionality, UX Engineers focus on the experience layer of the product, including interaction quality, accessibility, responsiveness, consistency, and the details that make complex workflows feel approachable and efficient.

In this role, you will design, build, and refine user experiences across RelativityOne, helping teams navigate complex UX challenges and raise the quality bar of our product. You will contribute reusable patterns, improve accessibility, leverage modern AI-assisted development workflows, and help ensure experiences remain cohesive across a rapidly evolving platform.

Join us in transforming the legal industry by building software that not only solves complex problems, but is intuitive and enjoyable to use.
