Jalasoft is looking for an experienced Lead React Frontend Developer to spearhead our frontend development efforts. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality React applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences. Requirements

Must Have:

• 4+ years of professional experience with React in production environments
• Strong experience with CSS including Flexbox, Grid and responsive design
• Experience translating UI/UX designs into production-ready code (Design-to-Code)
• Solid experience using npm and the JavaScript package ecosystem
• Experience using Git in collaborative development environments
• Experience configuring and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge and practical application of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Understanding of Semantic Versioning and release management practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on large-scale frontend applications
• Experience with frontend performance optimization
• Experience writing automated tests for React applications
• Experience working with design systems or reusable component libraries
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools such as Vite or Webpack
