岗位职责
- Serve as a trusted point of contact between HQ and the assigned studio(s), establishing credibility and durable working relationships；
- Set up and maintain transparent, reliable communication channels and reporting cadences (e.g., regular reviews and status visibility) to align expectations across parties and surface issues early；
- Build and maintain a forward-looking understanding of studios' development pipelines, roadmaps, milestones, delivery timelines, budget utilization, and product quality；
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues across schedule, budget, quality, and process; provide analysis and recommend practical remediation and efficiency improvements；
- Provide oversight and guidance on partner production-management methodologies, data acquisition, and data analysis；
- Coordinate and mobilize relevant HQ resources and expertise to help partner studios resolve issues and meet budget, quality, schedule, and commercial goals；
- Bring an informed product, publishing, and player/market perspective into production reviews, helping assess whether a pipeline is on track to deliver a competitive product；
- Align and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders in a complex, multi-party (multi-shareholder) environment by understanding stakeholder interests and framing recommendations accordingly.
岗位要求
- 5+ years of experience in game development, including substantial experience in production and/or project management on mid- to large-scale titles；
- Hands-on experience across the full game development lifecycle (pre-production to post-release) on shipped PC and/or console titles；
- Solid understanding of game development disciplines and their interdependencies (art, programming, design, audio, etc.)；
- Demonstrated experience overseeing mid- to large-scale project budgets, schedules, and delivery；
- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills; able to drive outcomes and change across teams and organizations；
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly, with empathy and respect, across cultures.
