About the Position

Ihre Aufgaben

• Untersuchung, Dokumentation und Beurteilung der Schichtqualität von thermisch gespritzten Schichten
• Selbstständige Durchführung von Gefügebeurteilungen (z.B. Porositäts-, Phasenanalyse) und Härtemessungen
• Selbstständige Durchführung weiterführender Schichtcharakterisierungen mit Verschleiß- und Korrosionsversuchen
• Optimierung von Untersuchungsmethoden und von Prüfvorschriften
• Bedienung und Pflege der Laborgeräte, -einrichtungen und -computer sowie Wartung und Instandhaltung dieser Anlagen und Geräte 
• Beauftragung und Koordination von Pulver- und Schichtanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und ggf. externen Laboren sowie Zusammenführung der so entstandenen Ergebnisse

Ihr Profil

Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant, Chemikant oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit chemisch-analytischem Schwerpunkt. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Berufserfahrung im Labor eines chemisch-metallurgischen Unternehmens.

Persönlich zeichnen Sie besonders Ihr analytisches Denkvermögen, Ihre schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Ihre präzise, eigenverantwortliche und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise aus. Sie arbeiten lösungs- und ergebnisorientiert und bringen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit. Der sichere Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen ist für Sie selbstverständlich; erste Erfahrungen mit gängigen Qualitätsmanagementsystem sind von Vorteil.
