Key areas of responsibility

In the designated area, in accordance with the marketing and sales guidelines, the specialist independently plans, develops and implements an action plan that always observes and represents our Company's high quality and ethical standards.

Representing the company in a designated area / region

  • Personalized, detailed action plan for key opinion leaders / relevant decision-makers (activities, expected results)
  • Visiting the physicians according to the action plan in order to maintain and increase the use of our Company's products
  • Planning of roundtable discussions, group meetings, local symposium, professional exhibitions and other events by target audience
  • True representation of the approved product’s risk and benefit profile, with special attention to the product’s contraindications, side effects, pack size and dosage – use company approved information only

Fulfilment / exceeding sales targets

  • Sales goals (value, market share, etc.)
  • Implementing the marketing plans in accordance with our Company policies
  • Determining the needed resources and applicable sales targets to reach the goals
  • Listing of identified target audiences by region

Up-to-date knowledge through regular company training / self learning

  • About the managed portfolio and covered indications
  • Therapeutic guidelines and clinical practice in the tasked indications and therapeutic areas
  • Local and company compliance regulations, roles and responsibilities applicable to the function
  • Participating in specific trainings, marketing and sales meetings (cycle meeting, region meeting, etc.)
  • Up-to-date knowledge about the company's current approval and administration processes, internal policies
  • Appropriate sharing and reporting of market information in compliance with the company's ethical standards and policies, the applicable local regulations

Skills and capabilities expected:

  • University degree
  • At least 5y experience in pharmaceutical industry; healthcare sector
  • Basic IT knowledge (excel, word, sales tools, PPTs)
