  • Integrate communication with external systems, reporting tools and data analysis capabilities
  • Continuously improve software quality, performance and maintainability
  • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across Vanderlande

One of the key challenges in this role is finding the right balance between realism and simplicity. You will create models that accurately represent complex logistics systems while remaining efficient, understandable and scalable.

Who You Are

You are an analytical thinker who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding creative solutions. In addition, you:

  • Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and helping others succeed
  • Take ownership of your work and manage priorities effectively
  • Thrive in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Learn quickly and are naturally curious
  • Have a genuine interest in technology, software and logistics

About the Team

You will join a team of highly skilled software engineers working on innovative technology that combines logistics knowledge, software engineering and system thinking.
