Site Overview:

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.

Role Overview:

  • Develop and maintain calibration programs for gauges, instruments, and test equipment
  • Plan and execute calibration activities internally or through approved external labs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and regulatory/customer requirements
  • Analyze out-of-tolerance conditions and assess impact on product, process, and quality
  • Maintain calibration records including asset status, due dates, traceability, and certificates
  • Support audits and investigations related to measurement systems and equipment control
  • Drive continuous improvement in calibration methods, cycle times, cost, and equipment uptime
  • Coordinate with quality, manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers on equipment needs and corrective actions
  • Verify measurement uncertainty and traceability to recognized standards where required

The Ideal Candidate:

Ideal candidate shall have basic knowledge on calibration

Required Qualification:

  • First Class Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering/Electrical
  • 2+ Years of Experience in calibration
  • Working knowledge of quality requirement and calibration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience in performing Quality activities and calibration
  • Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Aviation / Aerospace standards
  • Knowledge of Basic Lean and Quality tools.
