Buscamos un Contador General que mantenga actualizados los registros contables de la empresa. La persona seleccionada será responsable de las cuentas por pagar (CxP), cuentas por cobrar (CxC), operaciones de importación y exportación, revisión de facturas, seguimiento de recibos de pago y gestión ordenada del archivo contable.
Responsabilidades principales:
• Registro de ingresos por facturación
• Captura de facturas de proveedores (CxP)
• Registro de documentos aduanales (Pedimentos de exportación e importación)
• Registro de activos fijos
• Registro de nómina
• Revisiones y correcciones de facturas
• Participar activamente en el mantenimiento y mejora del SGC (Sistema de Gestión de Calidad)
Requisitos:
• Conocimiento sólido en registro de asientos contables
• Experiencia con facturación electrónica (CFDI)
• Manejo de complementos de pago
• Experiencia con pedimentos de importación y exportación
• Manejo de gastos de viaje y nómina
• Experiencia previa en despacho contable o como contador general en empresa
Viajes: Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 10% del tiempo anual dentro de la región de México — reuniones de equipo, eventos fuera de oficina, ferias comerciales y conferencias.

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We're looking for a General Accountant to keep our accounting records current and accurate. You'll own AP, AR, import and export entries, invoice revisions, payment receipt follow-up, and maintain organized file storage across the accounting function.
Key responsibilities:
• Invoice revenue entries
• AP invoice entries
• Customs document entries (Pedimentos de exportación e importación)
• Fixed asset entries
• Payroll entries
• Invoice revisions
• Actively maintain and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS)
What we're looking for:
• Strong knowledge of accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Experience with electronic invoicing (CFDI)
• Familiarity with payment receipt supplements (complementos de pago)
• Experience processing customs documents (Pedimentos)
• Hands-on experience with travel expenses and payroll entries
• Prior experience at an accounting firm or as a general accountant within a company
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% annually within the Mexico region for team meetings, offsites, trade shows, and conferences.
