The Business Intelligence (BI) area is responsible for transforming market, streaming, consumption, and revenue data into strategic information that supports decision-making across Negotiation, Commercial, Marketing, A&R, Finance, and company leadership.

We are looking for a Jr Manager to lead the Forecasts & Performance function, directly contributing to the generation of strategic insights and business decision support.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Forecasts & Performance function within the Business Intelligence team;
• Manage and develop a team of 1 to 3 analysts;
• Lead forecasts for artist signings and contract renewals, as well as analyses related to label and catalog acquisitions;
• Develop financial models, feasibility analyses, and scenarios to support investment decisions;
• Structure, track, and communicate the company's key corporate KPIs and business performance indicators;
• Produce executive reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders;
• Lead recurring performance and strategy forums with areas such as Commercial, Marketing, and A&R;
• Identify business opportunities, risks, and trends through data analysis;
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business areas;
• Ensure quality, methodological consistency, and governance of the data used in analyses;
• Identify opportunities to automate and evolve the team's analytical processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and investment analysis;
• Strong ability to build executive reports and handle/analyze large volumes of data;
• Strong analytical thinking, executive communication, and storytelling with data;
• Ability to influence and build alignment across different areas, with strong stakeholder management;
• Sense of priority, organization, and leadership/team development skills;
• Advanced English (required); Spanish is a plus.

Expected experience:

• Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Strategic Planning, FP&A, or related areas;
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario building;
• Track record of monitoring business performance and indicators;
• Experience leading presentations and discussions with senior stakeholders;
• History of close partnership with business areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or Product;
• Prior experience with people management or leadership of multidisciplinary projects/squads;
• Knowledge of Python, Tableau, Looker, or cloud data environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar) is a plus;
• Knowledge of the music, streaming, and digital consumption market is a strong advantage;
• Experience with M&A processes, valuation, or asset assessment is a plus;
• Experience in media, music, entertainment, or digital industries is a strong advantage.
