强生眼力健 – 商务运营部实习生（上海）
工作职责：
1. 处理各类销售合同，包括文件准备、盖章、归档及快递寄送等工作。
2. 核对并建立 Apex 付款账号相关材料。
3. 负责讲者劳务费 CR 单申请及极速报系统数据维护。
4. 协助处理部分数据类工作，包括考核数据清理和抽查等。
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，行政管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
2. 有运营/行政相关实习经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力、细节处理能力、耐心负责。
4. 每周至少工作 3 天，实习期不少于 6 个月。

JJSV – COS Intern – Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle various sales contract processes, including document preparation, stamping, filing, and courier arrangements.
- Verify and set up materials for Apex payment account creation.
- Manage CR requests for speaker service fees and maintain data in the JisuBao system.
- Assist with data-related tasks, such as performance data cleaning and spot checks.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields preferred.
2. Prior internship experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus.
3. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a responsible, patient attitude.
4. At least 3 working days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
