工作职责
● 基于公司的渠道管理策略，参与和协助业务部门的经销商日常管理和渠道规划，包括经销商的筛选、评估、赋能与发展，以及终止合作时的风险管控等。
● 清晰了解区域内各BU的经销商网络，尤其是重点经销商的市场覆盖、优劣势、业务合作契合度及商业规则的顺应性等，加强重点经销商的沟通和针对性培训，促进其合规及高效运营。
● 围绕公司战略，深刻理解渠道本质和精髓，挖掘、储备和发展优质渠道。尤其是商业公司的管理和发展，深入分析商业公司的优劣势，在市场下沉和VBP渠道布局上增进合作，探索新形势下的渠道销售模式，促进公司业务的持续发展。
● 基于公司的合规渠道战略要求，执行渠道监管，促进渠道的合规、规范及有效运营。
● 协调渠道日常事务，应对渠道冲突和解决复杂问题。
岗位要求
● 大学本科及以上学历，熟练掌握办公室基础应用软件；
● 良好的沟通能力，口头表达和书面表达能力俱佳；
● 工作有责任心、能担当，学习能力强且能学以致用；
● 愿意承担挑战性工作并能承受压力，接受经常性的出差安排；
● 良好的团队协作意识及能力，较强的处理复杂事务及管理冲突的经验；
● 具备医疗器械行业的销售管理背景，兼具商务工作经验者优先。
