 As IT Sourcing Manager in STARK Group IT, you will play a key role in shaping and executing how we source IT services across a complex, multi-vendor landscape. You will join a professional and collaborative team where commercial thinking, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement are highly valued. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to influence major sourcing decisions that directly support STARK Group's digital transformation journey.

The role is based in Denmark in Viby J, Aarhus and a few travel days can be expected. To succeed in this role, you should be living and working in Denmark.
 

Your impact – what you will deliver and how you succeed

In this role, you will strengthen STARK Group IT’s sourcing capabilities by translating business needs into robust sourcing and commercial solutions at the intersection of IT, business, and the supplier market. You will join an experienced Sourcing & Vendor Management team with colleagues specialized in sourcing, contract management, license management and vendor governance.  Together, the team plays a key role in shaping STARK Group IT’s collaboration with strategic partners and suppliers. In this role you will be successful when you:

• Own strategic sourcing decisions across STARK Group's international IT landscape and lead commercial initiatives that shape how we partner with key technology providers across Europe.
• Drive sourcing decisions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and managed services in an outsourced setup.
• Build strong relationships with key IT suppliers and ensure commercial models and governance structures that support performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and business stakeholders, balancing cost efficiency, service quality, and speed to market.
• Apply strong commercial and financial judgement through TCO analyses, business cases, KPIs, and vendor performance management.

We support flexible working arrangements, combining collaboration at our Viby J office with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a commercially strong and relationship-driven IT sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced IT environment. You are comfortable operating across IT, business, and suppliers, and you create results through strong stakeholder management, sound commercial judgement, and structured execution.

Key qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within IT sourcing, vendor management, procurement, or similar commercial IT roles.
• Proven experience and executing sourcing strategies in complex IT environments, ideally across areas such as applications, infrastructure, cloud services or other technology domains.
• Proven experience leading complex sourcing and tender processes.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding, with hands-on experience in RFI/RFP processes and negotiations.
• Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage effectively with technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to improve and increase quality of our IT Sourcing processes.
