Job Introduction
As an IT Service Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking IT support. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support workplace devices and collaboration tools, and ensure service requests are resolved efficiently. By providing reliable support, you will help employees stay productive and enable smooth day-to-day operations across ASML.
Role and responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests received through tickets, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 application
- Support laptop deployment, configuration, replacement, and basic hardware troubleshooting
- Maintain and support meeting room audio and video technology
- Assist users with printers, mobile devices, and workplace technology
- Track, document, and update support requests accurately in the ticketing system
- Follow up on open requests and help reduce support backlogs
Education and experience
- Diploma, associate degree, technical college qualification, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support, service desk, help desk, technical support, or customer support environments preferred
- Experience supporting end users in an office environment preferred
- Experience using ticket management or service management systems preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel

- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive user experience
- Communicate clearly with a wide range of users and stakeholders
- Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively while demonstrating ownership and attention to detail
