The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Develops test data and automation tests.
• Documents results of evaluations/tests and makes recommendations for decisions
• Installs/implements new or modified components (hardware/software) as well as client application solutions.
• Participates in teams to design, develop, and implement new processes, systems, and programs or revises or maintains existing processes, systems, and programs.
• Provide process and Test Automation support to various ERP and Applications teams of the “Solventum” for Testing Management
• Act as the single point of contact for the Testing Automation for the “Solventum”,

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
• +3 years of experience in IT Quality, Computer Systems Validation or IT Testing.
• +3 years of experience in Tosca automation.
• Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment
• Experience in diverse multi-national environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Robust background in modern technical processes and methodologies
• Experience in Healthcare Industry
• Willingness to be on-call
• Experience in QTest, TOSCA and JIRA platforms
• Experience in TOSCA Test Automation framework development, Implement, Setup automation framework, Lead the automation for multiple projects.
