Our subsidiary Jadaya is seeking an IT Project, Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects by ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and communication among stakeholders. The role will assist project managers and technical teams in ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating IT project activities and timelines.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
  • Support communication and collaboration between IT teams, business units, and vendors.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in financial tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and update project status regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and frameworks.
  • Identify and report project risks or issues to the project manager.
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and post-project evaluations.
  • Support change management activities during project rollouts.

Additional Responsibilities (Account Growth & Commercial Support):

  • Manage and develop client accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT projects or project coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
