As our innovative business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Full-Time Inventory Control Coordinator-Warehouse for our Richmond location. This individual will have responsibilities including, organizing the meat cooler/stocking and rotating stock, cycle counting,  transferring products to the freezer, and filling orders.

Position: Full Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Wage: Starting at $23/hour (paid on weekly basis!)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and plan every activity that relates to inventory control in the organization / warehouse environment.

  • Ensure all items in the warehouse / meat cooler are accurate,  audited,  received and stored, rotated.

  • Ensure inventory will meet customer demands efficiently, fill sales orders as needed.

  • Advise on stock inflow and outflow.

  • Compile inventory information and present it to Management for effective decision making, which may include the need for restocking / review Lot Age Reports, freeze product as needed.

  • Provide accurate information on inventory to customers / purchasing to guide them on order availability.

  • Investigate inaccuracies in the inventory system and execute necessary improvements towards better business performance focusing on customer satisfaction.

  • Perform Cycle Counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Experience in a warehouse environment with inventory control experience.

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be able to perform fundamental mathematical functions.

  • Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email and internet software applications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and be able to work independently and within a team environment.
