Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Inventory Control Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager the Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and optimization through cycle counting, data analysis, audit execution, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience in inventory management, warehousing, materials planning, production control, or supply chain operations and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse and production areas.
  • Perform and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
  • Research inventory transactions using ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Production, Planning, Materials, and Warehouse teams to improve inventory processes.
  • Develop and implement inventory control process improvements.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Generate inventory reports, KPIs, and statistical analysis to measure performance.
  • Monitor procedural compliance and support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory-related escalations and unresolved issues.
  • Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and recommend actions to reduce inventory exposure.
  • Coordinate inventory movements and material disposition activities.
  • Lead and support inventory personnel across multiple shifts.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials planning, production control, or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, JDE, or similar.
  • Experience with inventory management methodologies, Kanban systems, and material flow strategies.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating personnel across multiple shifts is preferred.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Availability shift.
