• Accurate and timely update of all incoming inventory within the DC

• Daily, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting of shipment discrepancies resulting in reimbursement of short shipments

• Strong communication between Order To Cash, Allocation and Canadian head office departments to ensure up to 98% fill rate of orders

• Solid understanding of inventory flow to reiterate accuracy issues and take corrective actions

• Accurate, timely and meaningful facility reports assisting in reconciliation of receipts.

• Strong communication among peers that works effectively in the changing business needs and arising inventory issues

• Reconcile and enter data in system, perform release adjustments, cycle counts, analyze, correct, validate and ensure timely update of receipts of the FGI for allocation                                                 

• Verify accuracy of manual inventory input against system-generated reports and perform necessary adjustments to reconcile data                                               

• Adhere to controls and hold other departments accountable

• Prepare required paperwork for all Reworks requests

• Raise & initiate issues surrounding domestic and Overseas contractors                                                                                                        

• Analyze and modify exception reports to ensure accuracy of FGI                      

• Reporting and dashboard monitoring
