Job Description & Summary

The Human Capital (HC) team at PwC Vietnam comprises professionals across diverse Human Resources functions. Our mission is to attract, develop, and engage exceptional talent who will help build trust in society and solve important problems.
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern - Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern to join our Hanoi office. This is an exciting opportunity for students and fresh graduates who are passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and building meaningful connections with future talents.
In this role, you'll have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Big 4 environment, collaborate with industry professionals, business leaders, universities and student communities, and contribute directly to PwC Vietnam's talent attraction strategy.

You will have the opportunity to engage in:

Recruitment:

  • Support candidate sourcing, CV screening, and shortlisting activities for intern and junior-level positions.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate trackers, and talent pools to ensure data accuracy and effective pipeline management.
  • Assist in campus recruitment and mass hiring campaigns, including internship recruitment programs and graduate hiring initiatives.
  • Assist with pre-boarding activities and coordinate with relevant internal teams to plan and deliver onboarding programmes for new joiners.

Employer branding:

  • Collaborate with universities, academic partners, and student organizations to coordinate employer branding initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of career fairs, sponsorship activities, university events, office tours, career talks, workshops, and other talent attraction programs.
  • Design promotional assets (posters, standees, captions,...) for recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
  • Generate creative ideas and content concepts for PwC Careers platforms and talent attraction campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Available to work full-time during the internship.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, designing tools, and a knowledge of databases.
  • Self-motivated, highly committed, hard-working and responsible when working under pressure and getting work done promptly.
  • Able to multi-task with appropriate priority.
  • Detail-focussed, well organised and able to work either independently or in a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness to work with both internal and external customers and clients.
  • A proactive approach, combined with common sense.
