The Position
The Team
You will be joining the Advanced Analytics for Business Insights department within Global Pharma Strategy. Specifically, you will become a core part of the Performance Analytics team. Our team sits at the intersection of data and strategy, focusing on resource allocation, business performance management, and forecasting. We play a critical role in equipping leadership with the quantitative insights they need to make informed, strategic decisions that ultimately bring our therapies to the patients who need them most.
The Role
As an Intern in Performance Analytics, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment. You will work closely with experts in the field, contributing to high-impact projects while developing your analytical and strategic skills.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performance & Data Analysis: Supporting the team in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive forecasting and business performance management.
- Strategic Communication: Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas of operational inefficiency and proactively suggesting and implementing process improvements.
- Cross-functional Support: Assisting the Performance Analytics team with a wide range of day-to-day tasks, including organizational and logistical support to keep projects moving smoothly.

To be successful in this role, you bring the following qualifications:
- You are an actively enrolled Bachelor student in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline. (Please note: You must be actively enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship).
- You are highly data-driven and possess strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- You are a passionate, proactive self-starter who thrives when working independently and taking ownership of your tasks.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for telling a compelling story with data.
- You are highly proficient in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google Workspace suite.
- Familiarity or experience with Python and SQL is considered a strong plus.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset but not required.
