As an Intern in the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team at ICON, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while supporting recruitment activities and talent acquisition initiatives across the organization.

What You Will Do:

You will support the Talent Acquisition team, learn from experienced recruitment professionals, and develop your HR and sourcing skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and recruitment-related research.
  • Supporting resume screening and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates.
  • Assisting in recruitment drives, campus hiring events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Preparing recruitment reports, presentations, and other supporting documentation.
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources, specifically in Talent Acquisition, and possesses the following qualifications and skills:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
