The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

2. You will support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management.

3. You will assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.

4. You will maintain HR records and prepare basic HR reports.

5. You will provide administrative support for daily HR operations and projects.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.

5. Available to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
