Responsibilities:

• Support assigned projects, research tasks, or thesis-related activities under supervision, applying academic knowledge to practical challenges.

• Conduct analyses, prepare reports, and assist in documentation or presentations as required by the department or academic program.

• Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and solutions for ongoing projects or process improvements.

• Comply with FPM HSE, quality, and data-protection standards; follow documented work instructions.

• Participate in onboarding and relevant training sessions (e.g., IT tools, safety guidelines).

• Maintain accurate records of internship or thesis activities for academic validation and internal reporting.

• Prepare a final presentation or summary of outcomes for stakeholders and academic requirements.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in an accredited university or college program; internship or thesis must be a mandatory component of the curriculum.

• Strong motivation to gain practical experience and complete academic requirements.

• Basic knowledge relevant to the field of study (e.g., technical, scientific, or business disciplines).

• Digital literacy (MS Office; readiness to learn FPM-specific systems and tools).

• Communication and teamwork skills; reliability and professional conduct.

• Language: local worksite language; English beneficial in FPM’s global environment.

• Ability to work on a fixed-term basis for a limited period; not subject to minimum wage regulations.
