Job Description:

  • Utilize facilitation and communication expertise to foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment in workflow design Analyze and Design current and future state processes and identify appropriate gap analysis.

  • Facilitates and identifies of resistance to change and develops strategies to address it.

  • Executes change management strategies leveraging ADKAR methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Conducts workflow observation to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

  • Reviews training material for process inclusion to ensure comprehensive understanding.

  • Integrates organizational change management activities into project schedules to ensure smooth implementation.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong business judgment and ability to understand and prioritize business imperatives [Required]

  • Creating communication (process maps, executive summary, and detailed business need analysis) for team and stakeholders at different levels of management [Required]

Education:

  • Bachelor's [Required]


Field of Study:

  • in a field of study such as communication, social sciences, business, technology or healthcare related area


Work Experience:

  • 3+ years in business process improvement, change management, creating process maps or analyzing clinical workflows and facilitation. [Required]

  • 3+ management and facilitation [Preferred]


Licenses and Certifications:

  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]

  • Six Sigma [Preferred]

$66,830.40 - $124,300.80
