Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You engage deeply with clients to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical business and technology strategies. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. You ensure that the solutions implemented accurately reflect the client s requirements, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational effectiveness. We are looking for a ServiceNow professional with strong experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) to design, develop, and maintain automated test cases ensuring platform stability and high-quality releases. The candidate will work closely with developers, admins, and business analysts to validate ServiceNow applications and workflows, leveraging AI-assisted tools and Cloud Runner capabilities where appropriate.



Roles & Responsibilities:
-Design and develop automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF
Create reusable test steps and modular test suites
Execute regression, functional, and integration testing within ServiceNow
Maintain and update ATF test cases as platform changes occur
Collaborate with developers to ensure testability of custom applications
Identify defects, log issues, and track them to resolution
Integrate ATF with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Validate upgrades and patches using ATF regression suites
Ensure data integrity and workflow validation across modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.)
Utilize AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to assist in generating and improving test cases
Execute and manage automated test runs using ATF Cloud Runner
Document test strategies, cases, and execution results


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning, Automated Testing.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform.
Experience in scripting (JavaScript within ServiceNow)
Understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle
Experience with test automation concepts and frameworks
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration testing
Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for test development
Understanding of ATF Cloud Runner and its execution capabilities
Knowledge of ServiceNow update sets and deployments


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
