Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up

• Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options

• Educate customers about Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other Farmers Insurance products

• Foster lasting client connections with exceptional service and regular policy reviews

• Pursue individual and agency sales targets while advancing your professional development

• Stay informed about Farmers products, industry updates, and licensing requirements

• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions

• Work closely with your team to ensure outstanding client experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Comfortable engaging with new people and developing rapport

• Self-driven with a desire to learn and grow

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
