THE WORK:
You'll support Program Controls leadership with planning, developing, monitoring, and controlling program-wide project schedules.
You'll develop and maintain baseline, master, and detailed schedules aligned with scope, milestones, resources, costs, and contractual requirements.
You'll coordinate with cost, estimating, risk, program management, design, and construction teams to align schedule, cost, risk, and program performance.
You'll monitor construction progress, validate reported progress, and assess performance through schedule reviews, field observations, and site visits.
You'll review contractor schedules for compliance with contract requirements, scheduling standards, baselines, logic, milestones, and reporting requirements.
You'll perform detailed schedule QA/QC, including reviews of critical paths, relationships, constraints, calendars, float, resources, costs, coding, and schedule integrity.
You'll conduct Time Impact Analyses, delay analyses, and schedule-impact investigations to determine effects on critical activities and project completion.
You'll identify and communicate schedule risks, construction issues, conflicts, and potential delays while supporting recovery and mitigation strategies.
You'll serve as a key liaison among contractors, designers, construction leadership, project controls, and program leadership to resolve schedule issues.
You'll develop and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules supporting Critical Path analysis, Earned Value Management, cash-flow forecasting, and resource planning.
You'll lead schedule discussions and prepare performance reports covering baseline variance, critical path changes, milestones, forecasts, delays, risks, and corrective actions.
You'll establish and maintain program-level scheduling standards, processes, tools, coding structures, templates, and best practices while driving continuous improvement.
You'll support presentations and technical materials, onboard and supervise construction project schedulers, and provide backup scheduling support when needed.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum of 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience
BS/BA Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management. An additional 4 years qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education
Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules
Demonstrated knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
