We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Assistant to support our Immigration case management team located in Johannesburg, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of immigration processes or a willingness to learn.

As our Immigration Assistant, you will be required to: 

• Ensure the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems
• Prepare/draft applications for Case Managers
• Collaborate and work closely with Case Managers on various aspects of work authorization and other immigration matters
• Setup new case initiations and assessments as directed by Team Lead and Immigration Manager
• Adhere to Envoy’s case management SOP, ensuring the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems
• Online capture of applications on VFS, SAQA and professional body applications
• Assist Case Managers in closing cases in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Manage outbound visa cases. Prepare applications and documents for filing.
• Attend and participate in client and vendor calls as needed
• Other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
