Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IFS Consultant specializing in Service & Asset Management (NGSM) to join our consulting team. The successful candidate will participate in the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of IFS Cloud solutions focused on service operations, maintenance management, and enterprise asset management.

The consultant will work closely with clients and senior consultants to understand business requirements, configure IFS solutions, conduct workshops, support testing activities, and assist with user training and post-go-live support.

• Participate in end-to-end IFS Cloud implementation projects within the Service & Asset Management domain.
• Analyze business requirements and assist in designing solutions aligned with IFS best practices.
• Configure and support IFS modules related to:
• Work Order Management
• Preventive Maintenance
• Corrective Maintenance
• Service Requests
• Service Contracts
• Field Service Management
• Equipment and Asset Management
• Resource Planning and Scheduling
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support business process workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Assist with data migration validation and master data setup.
• Deliver user training and support change management activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on reports, integrations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Stay current with IFS Cloud releases and emerging Service & Asset Management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, Asset Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support.
• Experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud is preferred.
• Understanding of Service & Asset Management business processes.
• Familiarity with maintenance and service operations concepts.
