Residential HVAC Service Technician

Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $25–$30/hour + Bonus & On-Call Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM + Rotating On-Call

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and can confidently diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

A valid Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic License is REQUIRED for this position. Applicants without a current KY Journeyman license will not be considered.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

• Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions

• Test systems to ensure safe, efficient operation

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers

• Accurately document completed work and parts used

• Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

What We're Looking For

• Current Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic License – REQUIRED

• EPA Certification – REQUIRED

• Valid driver's license – REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial HVAC service experience

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Commitment to safe, high-quality work

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $25–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
