Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support within HR Partner team, such as handling employee’s name tag, car pass production, employee’s probation, work injury, employee’s information change, issuance of employment and other Company’s letters, etc

• Conduct exit interviews for supervisory and general staff

• Handle general employee grievances & enquiries. Engage with the employees toward the resolution of grievances and issues and deliver excellence in the employee experience

• Execute Employee Service property role such as supporting property events, roadshows, food festival, administering employee name tag, car pass, typhoon arrangement, transportation, in-house clinic, locker, changing room, dining room, sympathy order, Human Resources counter service operations, notice board, trophy cabinet, management board and community canvas

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage

• Possess general computer knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with design software and graphics editing tools is preferable (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive set up

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
