We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0–2 years of experience who are passionate about identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across various functions. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating recruitment activities, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure timely recruitment while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and coordinating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and recruitment best practices.

• Experience using Zoho Recruit or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing platforms.
• Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
