This Position reports to:
Junior HR Team LeadWe are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support HR processes for ABB employees. This role offers hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and HR systems within an international environment.
Responsibilities
Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday
Support employee lifecycle activities, including employee data maintenance and HR administration
Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees
Support basic payroll-related processes and activities
Update and maintain internal HR procedures and documentation
Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data in HR systems
Requirements
Active student status
Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English (minimum B2 level)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Good organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
