HRSC ANALYST

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people? The HRSC Analyst role offers an excellent opportunity to launch or advance your HR career within a dynamic clinical research organization. You'll be the go-to person for HR support, working directly with employees and managers to ensure smooth onboarding, policy implementation, and positive employee experiences.
This is an operative, hands-on role where you'll develop practical HR skills while making a real impact on employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. You'll work collaboratively with experienced HR professionals who will mentor and support your growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with HR compliance activities related to employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and analytics
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization
- Ensure all HR documentation meets regulatory and company standards
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
- Assist with addressing employee concerns and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff
- Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for HR-related questions
Onboarding & New Hire Support
- Coordinate orientation sessions and introductory meetings for new employees
- Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding programs
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
- Ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming introduction to Parexel
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience & Knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or related roles (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and functions
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems
- Experience or familiarity with employee onboarding processes
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive employee information
- Experience providing customer service to internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations preferred
Skills & Qualities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Active listening and empathy when interacting with employees
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to escalate appropriately
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborative team player who works well across departments
- Customer service orientation and genuine desire to support others
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Preferred
- Associate's degree with additional HR experience
- Knowledge of industry-specific requirements for clinical research professionals
- Prior experience in professional services or healthcare environments
