About the Role
Build relationships that expand access to compassionate hospice care while growing your career with an organization built for success. As a Hospice Client Support Executive, you'll promote, educate, and market Optimal Care’s hospice services while serving as a trusted liaison between the organization and healthcare referral partners. You'll develop meaningful partnerships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers to increase hospice referrals and ensure patients receive the support they need. This position aligns closely with industry-standard roles including titles such as Hospice Sales Specialist, Hospice Care Liaison, Hospice Business Development Coordinator, or Account Executive, Hospice Services. Candidates with experience in these positions will find their skills and expertise transferable as they build relationships, drive hospice referrals, and promote Optimal Care’s services.
This role is ideal for a motivated healthcare sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, community engagement, and driving growth. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your existing healthcare connections while continuing to expand your network through strategic outreach, education, and partnership development. - Main Service Area: Kent County and surrounding
- This role requires daily local travel required to referral sources and community partners
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GE
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Sales experience in the medical field
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of hospice and palliative care
- Demonstrates active involvement in professional organizations and community activities
