We are looking for a highly experienced technology professional to contribute to the development and evolution of a modern technology ecosystem supporting large-scale digital and business initiatives. This role is suited to a senior technology leader with 17+ years of experience and a strong background across enterprise technology, engineering, data, platforms, and software development.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical leadership, architectural thinking, and the ability to work across complex technology environments. You will help drive engineering excellence, modernization initiatives, and scalable technology solutions while collaborating with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Provide senior technical leadership across software engineering, data, platforms, and application development initiatives.
• Define and drive technology strategies aligned with long-term business and digital transformation objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise technology solutions.
• Work closely with architects and engineering teams to establish robust technical architectures and engineering standards.
• Drive modernization of legacy platforms, applications, and technology ecosystems.
• Oversee engineering practices covering development, testing, deployment, data management, and platform operations.
• Promote automation, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, quality engineering, and modern software-development practices.
• Collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance frameworks covering architecture, security, development standards, and technology quality.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders while promoting a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential application across enterprise technology platforms.
• Manage complex technical programs and ensure successful delivery across multiple engineering teams.
• Support risk management, technical decision-making, and resolution of complex architectural and engineering challenges.

• 17+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, architecture, platform engineering, data engineering, or related fields.
• Strong experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering, cloud platforms, distributed systems, data platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience driving technology modernization and digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Full-Stack Development, Data Management, and Quality Engineering.
• Ability to define technical strategy while remaining focused on practical execution and measurable outcomes.
• Strong architectural governance and engineering best-practice experience.
