Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Job Description
Are you a multitasking whiz with excellent organizational skills and a friendly demeanor?
We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a receptionist and office assistant in a Group Benefits Claims setting. If you enjoy being the face of a company and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this position is for perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome visitors, clients and employees as they arrive at the office
- Answer and direct phones calls, take messages and relay important information
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring it remains presentable and well stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and scanning documents
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Collaborate with various teams to gather all required information for Group Benefits in order to support their administrative needs
- Provide administrative support to managers as requested
Qualifications
- Bilingual - Fluent in French verbal and written
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situation
