▪ Perform initial survey tasks under direct supervision
▪ Contribute technical survey skills to the effective completion of projects, working at a graduate or equivalent level
▪ Assist in the preparation of proposals and other documentation with work completed accurately and to target standard
▪ Participate actively in the graduate program and commence the process for professional certification / registration
▪ Understand and work to achieve team goals through personal effort
▪ Develop an understanding of the industry, professional bodies, the Beca business and its clients, relevant standards and procedures in the discipline
▪ Understand and engage in the business and associated operations participating professionally and enthusiastically in project teams, learning about budget and revenue expenditure against client satisfaction measures
▪ Provide quality service to internal and external clients escalating client enquiries or issues as appropriate
▪ Communicate positively and effectively ensuring that team members, Managers and clients are consistently well informed about progress and timeline
▪ Develop effective business writing, time management and presentation skills
▪ Attend training and development opportunities as directed

▪ Work co-operatively and collaboratively willingly accepting share of workload and helping others when require
